1. General Conditions

1.1. The website www.stylecar.eu ("Website") is owned and operated by LLC "Genneon," located at OCTOWA St., No. 24, Bialystok 15-399, Poland ("we" or "Stylecar").
1.2. "You" refers to anyone using the Site on their behalf or representing a legal entity interacting with Stylecar.
1.3. Using the Site means you agree to these Terms of Service, including policies like the Privacy Policy, Warranty and Return Policy, and partner terms. If you disagree with these terms, stop using the Site.
1.4. Users must be 18 years or older and have full legal capacity.
1.5. Users outside Poland are responsible for ensuring the Site's use and payment methods comply with their country's laws.
1.6. Using the Site does not create any partnership, joint venture, or cooperation between you and Stylecar.

2. Sales Agreement

2.1. To make a purchase ("Order"), you need to:
- Select products using the "Contact Us" functionality, specifying quantity, item number, name, or a link.
- Provide personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy: name, email, shipping and billing addresses, phone number.
- Choose a delivery method: Polish Post or Epaka.pl.
- Select a payment method: PayPal, bank transfer, card-to-card payment.
2.2. You can edit or cancel your order until payment by contacting us through "Feedback".
2.3. Invoices are generated electronically and valid without a signature or stamp.
2.4. Your order, including product details, prices, delivery, and other terms on the Site, is an invitation to make an offer, not an offer itself.
2.5. Full payment of the invoice confirms your acceptance of the offer, finalizing the sales agreement.

3. Prices

3.1. Prices on the Website exclude delivery costs, post-delivery expenses, payment processing fees, customs duties, taxes (excluding VAT), or other charges, which are settled separately.
3.2. Prices include a 23% VAT.
3.3. Prices can change without notice. Once a sales agreement is concluded, prices cannot be altered.
3.4. Product prices on the Site are the same for all users. We do not discriminate based on your country of residence or information from your communication devices or cookie files.
3.5. Delivery cost is calculated based on the chosen delivery method, payment method, weight, and destination, and communicated to you.
3.6. If using PayPal, the payment processing fee is communicated to you. For bank transfers, the fee is your responsibility. No fee is usually charged for credit card payments.
3.7. Delivery cost and PayPal processing fee must be paid with the product price in a single payment.
3.8. Once the sales agreement is concluded, delivery cost does not change.

4. Payment

4.1. The invoice amount must be paid in a single transaction.
4.2. The invoice is valid for 72 hours. If unpaid within this time, Stylecar may void it.
4.3. Payment must be made using one of the methods available on the Website.

5. Delivery

5.1. Ordered items will be delivered to the specified address using the chosen delivery method.
5.2. Some countries may not have access to certain delivery methods.
5.3. We do not manage deliveries; independent shipping companies handle them based on their terms.
5.4. After receiving payment, we dispatch your items to the shipping company. We aim for prompt dispatch but may delay due to supplier or shipping company issues. You will be notified via email or phone about delivery dates and arrangements. If a tracking number is available, you can track the delivery.
5.5. Delivery times vary by method and destination. Times displayed on the website are approximate and for reference only.
5.6. If you choose "Local Recipient" delivery, the order is stored for 3 months. If returned to us, it is stored for 3 months from the order date. After this period, the items become our property, and no refund will be given.

6. Transfer of Risk

The risk of damage or loss transfers to you or your designated third party (excluding the carrier) upon physical possession of the items.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. It is your responsibility to review product photos before purchase. Returns or refunds are only accepted if the product significantly differs from the description, especially if it doesn't fit standard unmodified car models. Minor visual differences are not grounds for claims.
7.2. We are not liable for any damages caused to your vehicle, driver, passengers, other road users, or their property, as permitted by law.
7.3. We are not responsible for payment processing, the security of your payment accounts, or payment-related personal data when using payment systems.
7.4. We disclaim liability for any direct or indirect, incidental, or other damages resulting from incorrect data transmission, site access interruption, viruses, or other impacts on your device due to Site usage, as permitted by law.
7.5. Additional limitations of liability may be outlined in the Warranty and Return Policy and the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. All rights, including intellectual property rights, to materials published or distributed by Stylecar, are owned by us or our partners (including suppliers). All rights not explicitly granted to you are retained by us.
8.2. You cannot use our name, trademarks, service marks, or any other intellectual property rights without our written consent. You agree not to replicate, distribute, or alter any content obtained from or through the Site without our written consent.
8.3. Information from the Site, including textual content, can only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes within specified limits.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

9.1. This section applies without prejudice to mandatory international private law provisions and European consumer protection legislation.
9.2. Your relationship with Stylecar is governed by the laws of Poland, excluding conflict of law provisions. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. You cannot transfer your rights and obligations under the contract to a third party without our consent.
10.2. If any provision of these Terms of Service is invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
10.3. We can add, modify, or remove terms of sale for specific products on the Site at any time.
10.4. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Changes become effective 10 days after publication on the Site. If you disagree with the changes, stop using the Site. You are responsible for regularly checking the Site for changes to these Terms of Service.
